Return Policy

As per the new Regulations by the Government, returning product/s is not permitted for health safety.

Refund Policy

Refunds will occur if and when there will be a glitch or any technical issues that occurred during the process of purchasing in our website that resulted in multiple entries of confirmation or payments had been received but no confirmation of purchase.

Items that have been successfully delivered and received physically will not be refunded nor accepted as returned items due to health and safety regulations imposed by UAE Government.

Refund Guidelines:

- If the purchase had been done thru a Credit/Debit Card, you can either choose for Store Credits or Credit/Debit to your card.

​

- If the purchase had been done thru Cash, we will issue a cash refund or Store Credits or Credit/Debit to your card.

Delivery Policy

Abu Dhabi Orders will be delivered within a day.

Outside Order will be the next day delivery or within 42 hours. The customer will be informed once the order starts moving.

Delivery Payment will be charged to the customer and will be included in the receipt.
